How to pick the specific pin designs?
You will be able to pick your pin designs from a menu after the BackerKit campaign has ended. For now just count how many pins you want and pledge for that quantity. Later on, you will get a survey asking for your pin selections.
This does not include the pin sets, which have pre-determined pins selected already.

How to buy these pins after the BackerKit is over?
I have plans to sell my enamel pins featured in this BackerKit campaign online after they have shipped to backers. I will sell on Etsy for now and consider opening another website later on for people to shop for my pins, depending on popularity and demand.
For the time being, the best way to get the pins you want is to be on time to pledge for them in BackerKit.

How to get multiples of the same design?
You can add the number of pins you want, including for duplicates if you want to give one as a gift, or put one on your bag and one on display for example. Just pledge for the quantity of pins you want and you can select the designs later. You are not limited to a certain number of any pin design (unless you pledge for the pre-determined pin sets).

Are the pins graded?
Grading pins is where enamel pin artists decide based on flaws that a pin might be A-grade, B-grade, or C-grade. The issue is that enamel pins are made of metal which does get tiny scratches, and many details are done with machinery or by hand that prevents them from being “perfect” every single time.
With that being said, I don’t plan to send out any pins that are seriously flawed with chips, deep scratches, wrong colors, et cetera. So in that way, yes the pins will be graded and you won’t receive any C-grade or “B minus” grade pins.
Your pins might have minute scratches on the metal or small issues like that. I will strive for high quality and I hope you will not be disappointed.

How was the promo video made?
I made the promo video using various clips, photos, and mostly Canva. I really wanted something not only to show off the pin designs but also to help explain my creative thought process while drawing the Cosmic Witch designs.
The video was a labor of love that took about two months to complete. I really hope you enjoyed the result.

I want to know how the shipping of The Cosmic Witch pins will be handled. By which I mean, paying for shipping, where shipping is available to, how tariffs/VAT are handled, etc.
I have excluded countries where I cannot ship already, so if backers are able to pledge that means they are in a country I can ship to. Any tariffs, VAT, etc will remain as the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt.
Shipping will be $5 within the United States and $12 to all countries outside of the United States.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
